A 90-minute treatment that brings together a nurturing facial and the calming body work of Gentle Release Therapy. It's based on the Chinese idea of Qi, the energy that flows through everything, and cares for how you feel as well as your skin.
In a treatment
An hour and a half that's all about you
You stay comfortable on the couch, under a warm blanket, while I work through your face, head and body. Many people drift off.

These are photos of me, taken before my first EnerQi treatment and after my eighth. Everyone's skin is different, and so is everyone's experience.
Many people choose a course of four or six treatments, close together, and then come back from time to time.
